The following overview is intended as a handy reference guide in working with Kan-Tor & Acco ("KTA") towards successful consular processing of your DV lottery immigrant visa application.

Documents Required
- Birth certificates of DV winner and all family members.
- Police certificates for DV winner and all family members aged 16 and up.
- Copies of passports of DV winner and all family members.
- Military discharge records - if applicable.
- Marriage certificates - if applicable.
- Divorce certificates - if applicable.
- Death certificate of spouse - if applicable.
- Change of name certificates - if applicable.
- Evidence of education or work experience - including diplomas, transcripts, proof of required two years appropriate work experience.
- Copy of court and prison records - if applicable.
- Photos per family member
Translations: All documents not in English, or in the official language of the country in which application for a DV lottery immigrant visa application is being made, must be accompanied by certified English translations, and notarized.
Note: All documents presented at the immigrant visa must be originals or certified copies. Photocopied documents will not be accepted.
