Cindy joined the KTA team in 2010. She heads a brisk United States department which specializes in treaty trader work visas for Israeli companies (E-1), religious visas (R-1), intercompany transfers for multinational companies (L-1), and profesional work visas (H-1B).  Cindy is an expert in all of these fields, and has also obtained work visas for some of Israel's most talented extraordinary ability citizens (O-1).

With 12 years of experience Cindy heads our United States department which specializes in US immigration matters for both corporate and individual clients, with an emphasis on employment, family and consular immigration issues. Cindy has particular expertise in obtaining treaty trader work visas for Israeli companies (E-1), religious worker visas (R-1), and identifying and implementing visa options (L-1, H-1B, O-1, EB-1) for start ups, small businesses as well as publicly traded organizations.

 

The US team provides assistance on all US consular processing matters, including filing visa applications, representation in E-1/E-2 visa processing, briefing applicants on local procedures and identifying and resolving impediments to visa issuance.

Cindy is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and the AILA Rome District Chapter. Cindy obtained her J.D. from the University of Bridgeport, and her undergraduate degree from Allegheny College. Originally from Greenwich, Connecticut, Cindy and her family made aliyah in 1995

 

Cindy's professional activities have included:

Co- author "E-1 Visa Guide".

 

Lecture - "Managing US offices and subsidiaries of Israeli companies" at the The Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute.
